Dave Penney, M.D.
Dr. Dave Penney serves as the owner and director of Griswold Home Care for Greater Newport Beach. A board-certified OB/GYN with more than 20 years of medical experience, Dr. Penney has seen firsthand how aging and chronic health conditions can affect daily life across all stages.
His professional insights took on new meaning when his own mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, giving him a personal connection to the caregiving journey many families face.
Motivated by this experience, Dr. Penney set out to offer compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care in his own community. Combining his clinical background with personal understanding, his goal is to make the process of finding home care as smooth, respectful, and tailored as possible. To bring this vision to life, he partnered with Griswold Home Care—a trusted name with over four decades of home care expertise.
A proud alumnus of UCLA and The Chicago Medical School, Dr. Penney is dedicated to both his profession and his community. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, live music, great food, and spending time with loved ones. He believes deeply in living with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Jennifer Ricker
Jennifer Ricker has called Orange County home for many years and maintains strong ties throughout the community.
With a background in both the airline industry and as a personal stylist for a prominent department store, she brings a wealth of experience in client service and relationship building. Her natural ability to connect with people and understand their individual needs makes her a trusted resource for families seeking personalized care.
Outside of her work connecting with local families and building community partnerships, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her children and catching live performances from her favorite bands.

Isabella Rando
Isabella Rando earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Chico, along with a minor in Business Management. Her professional journey began at Griswold Home Care in Roseville, where roles in caregiving and community outreach sparked her interest in operational excellence and supporting others.
Now living in Newport Beach, Isabella focuses on optimizing systems while keeping people at the heart of every initiative. When she’s off the clock, she loves sharing time with family and friends, discovering new foods, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.

Amanda Carlucci
Amanda serves as Operations Manager at Griswold Home Care, bringing 18 years of experience in behavioral health and human services to the team. In her role, she manages the agency’s day-to-day operations and partners with clients, families, and Care Professionals to ensure each person receives reliable, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
With credentials as both a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and PATH Dementia Care Trainer, Amanda has developed a strong commitment to improving care for individuals living with dementia. She provides PATH training to Care Professionals, equipping them with practical knowledge to understand dementia, adapt to changes in a client’s needs, and deliver thoughtful, person-centered care.
For Amanda, quality home care goes beyond assistance with everyday activities. She believes it should create a sense of trust and security while helping clients maintain their dignity and feel comfortable and supported in their own homes.
Amanda is also working toward her bachelor’s degree in psychology. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys spending time with her two children.
